Why your strengths are your superpower!

You may be thinking I already know what my strengths are and how I use them. But doing a Strengths Profile gives you a much deeper understanding of what strengths lead to your success and what behaviours hold you back from even greater results.

Having further insight into what makes you tick and what leads to your successes, is a powerful tool and all the research shows that it leads to better wellbeing as well as increased performance. Also if you are struggling with self-belief, doing a Strengths Profile helps to build evidence to show you that you have more of value to offer than you may feel or believe.

Here is feedback from one client.

Doing the Strengths Profile was a potent exercise for me. Many of my Realised Strengths weren’t a complete surprise, but seeing the Unrealised Strengths was an eye-opener and tapped into what I wanted (and needed) more in my work and life. Thinking about how to work to my strengths prompted a career change to much more aligned and meaningful work that I love. I also love having the report to reflect on when I’m struggling with anything to remind me of what I’m good at and what strengths I can apply in new and creative ways. Dealing with my Weaknesses is a work in progress, but it was incredibly valuable to have them articulated and realise there aren’t as many as I thought! Strengths Profiling is a positive, affirming and supportive game-changer!
