Meet Sharon Stone

Professional Coach and Change Agent

I'm a professional coach who helps leaders, teams, and individuals unlock their authentic selves and realise their potential. I do this through a blend of science, experience, and intuition to help you make positive, impactful change with confidence. I know what it's like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and live with unrealised potential - and the difference the right emotional tools and strategies can make.

I can help with career change, building leadership skills, and personal development through a holistic approach that considers all of these inter-related aspects of yourself. Through my tailored, one-on-one programs, we'll work through any challenges you face and make progress to create the life you want.

I’m a big believer in pairing knowledge and science with intuition when it comes to making hard decisions. I use intuition in my practice as well as helping clients harness their own.

My story

"I am who I am today because of the choices I made yesterday." - Eleanor Roosevelt

While I have what most people consider a successful career – I wasn’t always a high achiever. Growing up, I felt bright on one hand but at the same time, never quite got the hang of how to succeed at school. It was only in my late 20s when I moved to Australia that things started to fall in place.

There was something about moving to the other side of the world that gave me permission to be myself. At the time, I felt it was an opportunity to reinvent myself and start afresh. But with hindsight, I realised that the move allowed me to get out of my own way and gave me the permission to reach for more.

What followed was a 35-year career across marketing, recruitment, training, and coaching. I obtained my first qualification in my late 20s and have continued learning ever since, including completing my Masters in Career Development at 60. I’ve been running my own coaching practice for almost a decade and use every single one of my past experiences and qualifications in what I do every day.

In April 2019, I was fortunate to head to Tonga as part of Australian Volunteers International to serve as a Career Mentor at a technical college. It was a chance to offer my skills within a different culture, helping women rewrite the stories they tell themselves and build their confidence. It was the most amazing and challenging time, and one that I hope to experience again in the future.

I love helping people create authentic lives that leave them feeling energised and aligned to their values. With the right emotional tools and frameworks, I believe we all have the power to make positive, impactful change.
