The career coaching programs follow a three-step process. While everyone works through each step, your career coaching is personalised to suit your situation.
The first step is a discovery call where we talk about what is happening for you and what you’d like to change in your career direction. If you know you want to change but aren’t sure what needs changing, this process can also help you gain some clarity. This step is a chance for us both to see if we are a good fit, are comfortable working together, whether I’m the right career coach for you, and to determine how ready you are to do the work.
Once you decide to go ahead, I’ll start with career recommendations based on our discovery call. You’ll then complete a Strengths Profile Assessment which will help uncover your realised and unrealised strengths, learned behaviours, and weaknesses.
Using this information, we’ll then commence the career coaching element of the program which is agreed on before we start. During this process, I’ll draw on emotional intelligence frameworks and positive psychology tools to help you create genuine change. With in-built accountability, consistency, and guidance, you can evaluate your career options and make the career changes you’ve been struggling to make.
