Are you a manager who has that team member who is really good at what they do, but you think that they have so much more in them? Maybe it’s their self-belief or maybe they need to build on their presence? You just know they have so much more to give, and despite numerous conversations, nothing changes. Or maybe you have a team member who is really good at their job but has that one annoying trait that gets everybody offside. So much so that others don’t recognise how proficient they are and what value they contribute to the team. Is this a personality trait or is it a behaviour that they have learned along the way? We all have learned behaviours and habits from our family upbringing, culture, education, social groups, and so on. But how can we change those habits that hold us back?
