How is the work delivered?
No two companies are the same and so I don't have a one size fits all approach. I start from where you are. The methods I employ are based on a mixture of many years experience in the workforce with diverse industries and roles, academic qualifications, positive psychology - and just good old fashioned common sense!
Frameworks and tools used may include strengths profiling, positive psychology tools and emotional intelligence structure, one on one coaching for leadership & career development and conflict resolution.
